Oh, they will tell you anything you want asDec 28 2008Art & Design Department
Oh, they will tell you anything you want as long they are getting paid. There are plenty of other universities that will welcome you with open arms and remain that way even when you are having difficulties. Talk with every student you feel is approachable...not just the ones they tell you to talk to. Start small and use your intuition. First impressions may be deceiving. The Best thing I ever did was go to HCCC first and get my associates - a lot of politics but I found a lot of nice people and some really wonderful professes and adjuncts WILLING to help. Be mindful of the loopholes.

Write convincingly about something that you're passionate about. Drew was a school I went to after experiencing major medical illness at a young age. It was for convenience, not desire or ability.
I talked about my personal experiences.

I emphasized my interest in majoring in biology since most schools have seen a decline in students majoring in biology. I am also involved in various clubs and discussed in my application how my involvement with these clubs could help the Drew community.
